App not working?
Force-quit Peekuin and reopen it, check that you're on iOS 17 or later, and make sure the App Store shows no pending update. If a search stalls, try again on a different network.
Not getting alerts?
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Peekuin and allow notifications. Alerts also need an active subscription and at least one tracked profile with alerts switched on.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time. Email us and we'll process the request within 30 days.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Peekuin and choose Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple too. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find the Peekuin purchase, and submit a request.
Check the spelling of the username and make sure the account is public. Private accounts do not expose follow activity and cannot be tracked.
Email us from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We remove your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records.
No. Peekuin only works with public Instagram accounts. If a profile is set to private, its following activity is not publicly visible and Peekuin cannot show it.
No. Peekuin never signs in to Instagram and never interacts with the account you check. There is nothing on their side to see — no view, no notification, no trace.
